Thanks for the link. From my experience it is hard for an entrepreneurial person like myself to get hired into a full-time position. I believe it is for a number of reasons, including the ones that you mention in your post. Some companies are looking for a person to fill a specific role. If I did one thing and one thing only, day in and day out, I&#039;d freak out. Finding a position that offers the chaos I love is not easy.

I&#039;m happy to report that during my search for a full-time job I&#039;ve gotten a contract position with a great local firm. This position allows me to operate my business while helping them improve operations and brace for rapid scaling. Very cool stuff.
